I have created an energy calendar , giving you the colour for each day of the month. Alongside, are your wax discs to remind you of your colour day and hold it in your hand during meditation or pop it into your car for your travel or in your pocket for the day to remind you of the colour surrounding you for this day.

Each colour is aligned to a Solfeggio frequency,for you to play while journaling, sitting quiet in contemplation or meditation. They also aid in sleep. Work through which frequency you resonate with or as I do, start each day with the selected frequency to the colour of the day.

Also you have the coloured cards to remind you what the day can invoke. It lists essential oils should you choose to create an aroma for that day. 

You can see if you are reset-renovate-reconnecting on that day to a situation or new project that requires change. Take away the challenge, surround yourself with the colour and wait on clarity to support you along your journey.
